We’re pleased to share the latest December construction update at Monument East, with works continuing to ramp up across the development as we move into the summer season.

Along the Amherst Street frontage in Stage 1, first-floor concrete slabs have now been poured. This well-timed milestone allows the slabs to cure over the break and positions these homes for first-floor brickwork and framing early in the new year.

Across the central lots, formwork for the first-floor slabs is scheduled to commence early in the new year. Progress has also been made on the lots to the rear of the display suite off Stack Street, where concrete footings have been poured enabling ground-floor slabs to be poured as construction resumes in the new year.

Townhomes along the eastern boundary continue to progress well, with first-floor brickwork underway and on track for completion early in the new year. This will be followed by external cladding and roof truss installation, ahead of roof sheeting.

Stage 2 is also progressing well as the year draws to a close. Lots along the eastern side have completed brickwork, formwork, and reinforcement to the undercroft carport, with concrete slab pours, to the first floor, scheduled for this week, enabling the curing to occur over the Christmas break. INSITE will maintain this momentum into early 2026, with formwork and reinforcement works for the western lots commencing in the new year.

As construction continues, the vision for both Stage 1 and Stage 2 is becoming increasingly visible on site.
